I'm pretty sure that there was more out of the diaper than in. And the weird thing is, it didn't even sound bad at all. It just sounded normal....I mean, we've had some loud explosions that were bad...but this...wow.
He was on my bed. Skyler had a bath, the sheets got washed, I took a shower.
Neat.
But he's still cute. He's hanging out on his play mat right now.
"Hey mom...I see a duck!"
Yesterday, he actually held onto things and brought them to his mouth! "mmm, plastic"
tummy time drool
Tomorrow we are heading off to Sedona a night. I braved hotwire, and got $40 off a hotel! I tried to guess which hotel it would be, and I was right! Sweet! I'm not sure exactly what we are going to do, but I hope the pool is warm enough for Skyler to be happy. Man, that kid loves the water. I'm looking forward to a little break! It should be a lot of fun.
So I am currently reading The Host by Stephenie Meyer, and I really like it so far. I need to finish that and all of the Twilight books before August 2nd so I'll be refresed for the new book! I'm really excited. It's nice to have books to be excited about now that Harry Potter is finished. I wonder what I will be excited about after Twilight. At least I still have 2 HP movies!
Have I mentioned I want Rock Band for Wii? I SOOOOO want it. I think that my birthday can't come fast enough...I remember when I was 6 and wanted new Gameboy games...yes, 20 years later, I want the same presents!
Part of my calling is arranging babysitting for people who want to go to the temple. Right now, how it works, is people sign up to babysit, and everyone drives down to Snowflake and a couple watches everyone's kids in a church building. Unfortunately, people don't sign up very often to baby sit (I wouldn't want to drive down just to babysit) so it's tough. Any suggestions on how to make that better? I really need to do something soon. I'm also reminded that I need to call the temple and reserve spots for the next temple day. I should do that NOW!
